Volunteer
Would you like to volunteer? We would greatly appreciate your help! If you are able to help us with any of the below listed activities, please contact us. Let us know which activity you are interested in and what day or times you would be available. Anyone over the age of 18 may volunteer. Please either email us, or telephone us at 617-955-3198.
The following are volunteer opportunities:
We are looking for a few people who would be available Friday afternoon, May 29, from 6:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. to set up the downstairs area of the church for the reception following the Friday evening performance. We also need a few people who would be available after the reception for clean-up, most likely 10:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. This will involve moving tables and setting out food. We also need volunteers to set up chairs at the Watertown Free Public Library, Saturday morning at 9 a.m, and take them down at 4:30 p.m., after the program.
Book Table: There will be a “Book Table” where books will be sold Friday evening. This will involve a little paperwork and making change for purchases. You would need to be available after the performance from about 8:45 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Greeters: To be present at the door to greet people as they arrive, and offer any assistance needed for Friday evening from 6:30 p.m. to about 7:15 p.m., or Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Dining Set up and Clean up: We are also looking for people who will set up and clean up for Saturday lunch and help during the coffee breaks on Saturday.
